- Provide of Crisp eating apples.
- Provide of Cinnamon.
- Use of Lemon juice.
- Use of Brown sugar.
- Take of Pork escalopes.
- Get of Shallots or onion, finely chopped.
- Prepare of Calvados.
- Prepare of Double cream or natural yoghurt.
- Use of Salt cayenne pepper.
